Royal Coral Necklace

Inspired by the ceremonial regalia of the Oba's court, this multi-strand necklace is weighted with deep-red coral beads and punctuated by hand-cast brass pendants finished in 22-karat gold. Each pendant carries a symbol from Edo iconography — the hand, the bird, the face — worked by a fourth-generation metalsmith. It is designed to be worn with intention, at celebrations that deserve to be dressed accordingly.
